Our clients usually contact us by phone or email in the first instance to discuss their project with us and we can always be reached during office hours.
The next step is to arrange a survey which is booked over the phone using our electronic appointment booking system. To make it easier for you we will always agree a 2-hour period for the surveyor to arrive so you don’t waste your day. Our bathroom designer will discuss your project with you, and offer advice, where required, on the best way to achieve the results you’re after.
A free estimate is then prepared and sent out by email or post depending on our customers’ preference.
Your estimate can be accepted by either calling our office or emailing us.
The job is scheduled, and the approximate week-commencing start date agreed, which is finalised around a week before work commences.
We believe in continuous communication to keep our clients updated on progress and offer suggestions to ensure we exceed expectations.
