Kitchen – We installed a Howdens’ kitchen complete with granite and oak worktops and wall-mounted plate racks. Provision was made for a gas AGA and the whole look was complemented by a warm slate floor.

Drawing room - The job involved sanding the floors, fabricating bookcases to complement the existing panelling and help the original fireplace stand out as a key feature. The walls were painted with Farrow & Ball Mizzle – a blue-grey colour which contrasts well against the crisp white ceiling, cornice and woodwork.
